Summary: The house is close to major grocery stores, Wal-Mart/Publix. Very easy access to major hwys and attractions. Communication with property management team was quick and helpful. House size is perfect for 8 ppl. Perhaps a quick review of supplies/items periodically would help to bring rating to 4 or 5. Some pots were burnt so bad that the inside was flaking, only 3 tea spoons, no BBQ utensils, no tea towels/cloths. There weren't any pool noodles/toys. The games room is a great idea however all bikes had flat tires and the pump is broken. Only one pool cue and there's a dart board but no darts. Good value for your dollar.
